Our exclusive hotel cocktail program brings new, locally distilled spirits to the comfort and privacy of your Salon or Suite. Inspired by drinks from a bygone era, our hotel cocktails are made modern by inventive twists; sample everything from an apple rickey to the perfect basil lime gimlet to a flavorful Vanilla Old Fashioned. Much like the house-made ingredients and garnishes, the spirits themselves are often local; including the classics, We source selections like Due North rum from Brooklyn and the Hudson Valley’s Baby Bourbon Whiskey.

Choose a signature hotel cocktail from the in-room menu and a resident mixologist will arrive with the accoutrements to mix and pour your first round. Thereafter, serve yourself or request service again.
