Our exclusive cocktail program brings new, locally-distilled spirits to you in the comfort of your Salon or Suite. From Brooklyn’s Due North Rum to Baby Bourbon Whiskey from the Hudson Valley, we now offer New York’s finest for in-room imbibing. Choose a cocktail from the in-room menu and a Surrey mixologist will bring all the accoutrements required for 4-5 perfect drinks. Your personal bartender will concoct the first round for you and leave you to enjoy. Mix the additional rounds yourself or request service again—the choice is yours.
